Lucky Chow – A Little Magic in Every Bite! ✨🍀

This Lucky Chow is the easiest sweet treat—perfect for St. Paddy’s Day or a fun snack any time. Who’s grabbing a handful? 🙋‍♀️

Ingredients:
• 6 cups Lucky Charms cereal
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 5-6 ounces white chocolate chips
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:

1️⃣ Separate the marshmallows from the cereal and set them aside.
2️⃣ In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in 30-second increments until smooth. Stir well.
3️⃣ Pour the melted mixture over the Lucky Charms cereal (without the marshmallows) and toss to coat.
4️⃣ Add powdered sugar and mix until fully coated.
5️⃣ Gently fold the marshmallows back in.
6️⃣ Spread on wax paper to cool.
7️⃣ Enjoy!

Creamy Chicken Spaghetti 🧀🍗 (Made Gluten-Free!)

This cozy, creamy pasta bake is a weeknight winner—so easy, cheesy, and perfect for the whole family! In the video, I made a larger batch than the recipe below. Save this for later! ⬇️

✨ Creamy Chicken Spaghetti Recipe (Gluten-Free Version!):

🥄 Ingredients:
• 8 oz. Jovial gluten-free spaghetti, cooked & drained
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• ½ cup chopped green pepper
• 2 celery ribs, chopped
• 4 Tbsp. butter, divided
• 2 (10.75 oz.) cans Pacific gluten-free cream of mushroom soup
• 2 ½ cups cooked, shredded chicken
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
2️⃣ In a skillet, sauté onion, green pepper, and celery in 2 Tbsp. butter until tender.
3️⃣ Transfer to a large bowl. Add soup, spaghetti, chicken, and cheese. Toss to combine.
4️⃣ Transfer to a greased 13x9” baking dish.
5️⃣ Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through.

MOM HACK: the morning speed clean

This simple hack to my morning routine has helped me so much with staying on top of household cleaning. It’s not a deep clean but definitely helps maintain a “status quo”.

I set a timer for anywhere from 20-60 minutes and clean as much as I can until the timer goes off.

Simple, easy, and lightweight beach setup!

This is one of my favorite Mom hacks for bringing kids to the beach. It reduces my anxiety so much – I know so many moms get anxious with their little ones around the ocean. Hopefully this is helpful for you too to make the beach less stressful with your kids.

I pack all of our toys in a plastic tub that I can just dump out close to where we will be sittingthen I fill that tub up with ocean water and bring it back over to the toys that way, our little ones can play with the sand, the water and the toys closer to us and a little further from the Shoreline
