NO MAKEUP MAKEUP !!

i don’t know much in the makeup world but i know i LOVE a natural looking makeup situation

TIPS:
- for mature skin / any fine lines or wrinkles, do NOT set those areas with powder. use a moisturizing foundation or cc cream, tinted spf or all 3. just no powder on where you have wrinkles or it will highlight them

- i only use my foundation stick on areas i have discoloration or want heavier coverage. for “more” makeup days/nighttime i use an all over foundation (also linked)

- i mix and match foundation colors usually, depending on the season and tan etc. so i have at least 2 colors generally of any foundation or concealer (also personally i’ve had trouble getting “matched” by people; except by my gal Dre, so i’ve taken matters into my own hands 🙈)

NOTE: a “perfect” nude for one gal is NOT a perfect nude for another. find your skin tone/whether you’re warm or cool and get a color that compliments that. for example, i am warm/neutral. my veins are both green and blue so i stay mostly warm but can also do a little ash / cool tone depending on if i’m tan or not.

don’t just buy a color or shade that an influencer says she uses…unless you know y’all have the same coloring!! 😌 everything i linked has multiple coloring options

As a toddler boy mom, putting together outfits that are comfy and put together can be an especially difficult task….one most of us literally do not have time for.

First i apply tinted sunscreen with my fingers

then my liquid foundation + damp beauty blender all over

for any areas i need extra coverage, usually for melasma or just discoloration, i use the stick and blend with my blender

if you have mature skin ONLY powder your cheeks, chin, jawline, leave your forehead, eyes, alone so they don’t crease!

looks as close to real skin as i can get
