Healthy hair hacks: 1. Use Olaplex No6 (leave in hair bond repair) 2. The less heat the better, but for drying your hair opt for the T3 Blow Drying brush 3. Brush hair before your shower so you don’t have to brush through any knots when your hair is wet (wet hair is way more fragile and prone to breakage so if you can avoid tugging on wet hair that is best). Best brush: wet/dry hair brush 4. Use silk pillowcases (a bonus is that it is also great for your skin) 5. Your hair is a reflection of what is going on inside your body so if you have any nutrient deficiencies then that may be the cause for thin and brittle hair. I recommend a great multivitamin and a quality omega/krill oil supplement with primrose seed oil. My favorite: Dr. Mercola Krill Oil for Women (bonus: it helps with pms) I have included all of the products that I currently use for my hair to maintain healthy, thick & voluminous hair LTKFindsUnder100 LTKFindsUnder50 LTKBeauty
