2024 saw lots of changes - both professionally and personally. But one thing that stayed consistent— my Oura ring.

I originally got it because I made a goal in 2024 to focus on getting better sleep (or just tracking it in general). Turns out it did so much more and a year later-I’m still obsessed with it.

It helped track my workouts, stress levels (this was eye opening 🤣) and even my fertility. Better yet-it adjusted when I ended up getting pregnant and shifting my goals around health and activity.

It told me to slow down and take it easy on days when my body really needed some rest. As a working mom, type A, entrepreneur-I REALLY needed that because I tend to just “push through” until I really burn out or get sick.

I’ve talked to so many patients about it this year and would recommend 1000%.

It’s not bulky. You don’t feel like you’re wearing anything. I can sleep normally in it. And it will be so helpful this year as I focus on health and wellness after baby #2!

In an effort to drink less wine at night, I’ve tried to find other comfort, healthy beverages that help me relax a night and get a good nights sleep. I saw this recipe on TikTok from @gracie_norton and decided to give it a try!

It’s super simple!

1. Tart cherry juice (nothing added)
2. Lemon lime soda or sparkling water
3. Magnesium powder

Add ice + stir 🧊

Super tasty & such a relaxing way to end the day!
