I worked at the Estée Lauder makeup/skincare counter in college during nursing school. Back in the day when we all bought Clinique and Estée Lauder introduced a serum to your skincare regimen.

One of the women I worked with taught me to always use my ring finger when applying the eye cream since you can’t use too much pressure and the skin under the eye is the thinnest on the body. So prioritizing being gentle and not rubbing too hard.
