This week was probably one of the busiest weeks of my life! I worked 12 hour days for seven days straight, so there were a lot of outfit changes and a lot of different vibes 🤪

I’m realizing my personal style is a mixture of statement pieces with basics that feel a little unexpected and definitely cool girl. Especially with spring here, it’s time to have fun with texture, color and even prints!

If you’re also a midsize girl, I encourage you to experiment with your style and to have fun this year. One thing about me is, I will always show up dressed up because I know I will be more confident and I will have a better time doing whatever it is that needs to be done 🥰

By the way, if you’re a business owner like me, I cannot recommend having some fun statement pieces in your closet. I’ve noticed it makes networking a lot easier, and I think I am more memorable in business settings because of it!!

This week I was slowly getting back into my groove! It was a crazy week filled with countless activities and adventures ranging from walks with friends to business openings and lots of bar hopping.

The weather FINALLY started to pick up too which meant a lot more creative fashion! I loved mixing colors and textures in ways I’ve never really tried before. Bold pants with suede, satin and knits, it’s a great time to be curvy.

Remember, the size of your clothing does not mean you have to sacrifice fashion. I always love stores like @anthropologie @abercrombie and @aerie who provide a wide range of sizes and styles.

As a slim thick girl who is not loving her body, my style is really getting casual and covered up. Lots of time has been spent at the gym and now that I’m also newly single, I’m figuring out what my style looks like outside of a relationship.

So far what I’m loving is…
- @aerie workout sets! They’re so comfortable and they get compliments ALL THE TIME!
- @freepeople anything will always be a go to. Their sizes are incredibly forgiving and I love their pieces dressed up and down.
- @lululemon has been my go to since college and that isn’t stopping anytime soon. Their leggings are my ultimate fave, especially as I get back into shape and work from home a lot.
