3 wellness habits I’m taking into 2026… 1: Using blue light therapy on my skin! I love spending time on my skincare and playing with my @pmdbeauty blue light wand! It helps reduce my acne and it’s nice to just slow down with it. 2: Consistent cardio and strength training! I started going to @otf_south_hill this year and learned a ton of great workouts that have made me stronger overall. The ritual of exercise is something I look forward to adding into 2026 🤗 2: Vibration plates. I just tried this at @slickrocktanningspa and I am so impressed.
