January went by so quickly! I spent a lot of it traveling and diving deep into my wellness journey. It was my first month working with a coach and I swear that altered my brain. I finally started noticing tangible changes taking place in my routine and it felt GOOD!

- @bose headphones were a game changer at the gym and on flights. I went to Texas for the first time and my headphones lasted 4+ hours 🎧
- @Moleskine has been my go to journal for almost 10 years. As a chronic anxiety girly this has helped me a ton with stress management and the overwhelming life of running a business!
