PREGNANCY UPDATE: 29 WEEKS

1. Sleeping already feels impossible. I am sleeping with three pillows, so tossing and turning is a feat. Everly still wakes up once or twice to be comforted at night and then I usually pee at least three times. Needless to say, I require a nap in order to feel human most days. 😫

2: Back Pain: I was having terrible back pain and sciatica last months but found a WONDERFUL chiropractor who whipped me into shape. Have been pin-free since our second session.

3: Workouts: Between the anemia fatigue, weekend travels and the kids schedules, I have found myself missing TWO WEEKS of workouts so far. I plan to resume this week.
