OK, let’s break it down:
This is actually a metal candle sconce I found on Amazon. I spray-painted it black and then used European gold Rub n Buff to get that perfect bronze color
I bought a lampshade off of target that fit perfectly. This is the uno type so the ring for it sits right on top of where the candle would go.
Then I bought a rechargeable lightbulb that fits right inside that space as well. I used a little bit of museum putty to help it attach.
Then I added my Christmas touches and it is functional all year long, but I it’s my favorite at Christmas.

I styled my long dough bowl with a soft pine garland, fluffed and folded for fullness, then tucked in natural pinecones and dried orange slices for that nostalgic holiday glow. For these easy flocked ornaments, I ordered flocking from Etsy.
I painted a base color similar to the flocking . Next, I added a Mod Podge @modpodgecrafts and put the flocking on top. I let that dry and brushed off the excess. I used Rub n Buff for the metal part and they turned out beautiful. I’ve used them year after year.
