LEMON ICE CREAM WITH GRAHAM CRACKER (NINJA CREAMI) I know I keep saying this but this lemon ice cream recipe might be my favorite one yet! Ingredients: * 1 cup Fairlife 2% Milk * 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder I use Clean Simple Eats * 2 tbsp Lemon Pudding Mix * 1 Graham Cracker Directions: Take a Ninja Creami pint container and fill it up with all the ingredients except graham crackers. Next, take your frother and froth until all are combined. If you do not have a frother you can use a blender. Freeze the mix for at least 8 hours but I typically like to do it overnight for about 24 hours so it can completely harden. Take the container out and put it into the Ninja Creamiand then blend on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove from the Ninja Creami and check to see what it looks like. If it has a nice creamy texture then you can skip the next step. However, if the ice cream looks crumbly or a little stiff, make a hole in the middle and add about 1-2 tsp. of milk. Put it back in the machine and hit “re-spin”. When it’s done, add in some graham crackers and hit "mix-ins". After it's done mixing, take it out and enjoy! LTKFamily LTKCyberWeek
