Another so called vital item and this time its denim shorts! They supposedly "look like a higher end" which I happen to own! So let's put them to the test! Target vs Citizens! Here's my honest review: I love my Citizens because they are so soft, so comfy and some of my favorite denim shorts! So I'm also going to favor these!
