High protein mango chia pudding 🄭✨ This has been my go-to easy meal prep lately and it’s so good. Ingredients: • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds • 1 scoop KOS Vanilla Protein Powder • ~1/3 cup milk • ~1/2 cup yogurt • 1 tsp vanilla extract • Stevia (to taste) • ~1/3 cup frozen mango • drizzle of honey Directions: Mix chia seeds, milk, vanilla, stevia, and protein powder until smooth. Add in yogurt and mix well. Top with mango + honey, then let sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. Note: I use dairy-free milk + yogurt, but you can adjust based on your dietary needs.
