switching to cleaner skincare doesn’t have to mean throwing everything away overnight,  sometimes it just starts with small swaps — choosing products with gentler ingredients, fewer irritants, and formulas that support your skin barrier instead of constantly stripping it.
i’ve been trying to be more intentional about the products i use daily, especially the ones sitting on my skin morning and night. finding affordable options that are more conscious about ingredients feels like a breath of fresh air!

here’s the routine i put together:
step 1 — melting balm cleanser melts away makeup, sunscreen, and buildup without leaving my skin feeling tight or dry. this kind of cleanser helps protect your moisture barrier while still giving a deep clean.
step 2 — hydrating milky toner adds hydration back into the skin after cleansing and helps prep your face so the rest of your products absorb better. my skin always feels softer and calmer after this step.

step 3 — de-puff eye gel + phyto-mucin glow serum the eye gel helps brighten and wake up tired under eyes, while the serum gives hydration and that healthy glow without feeling heavy or greasy.

step 4 — moisturizing gel cream locks everything in while keeping the skin barrier hydrated and balanced. i love gel creams because they feel lightweight but still moisturizing enough for everyday wear.
