I deeply believe in the saying “Own the Morning, Own the Day.” 🙏🏾 Taking a few moments at the start of every day to create the space we need to be inspired, productive, and calm sets the tone for our entire day. So for me, that means fueling up with some of my favorite things, all together on a little morning tray in my office with the morning light streaming in. I spend a few minutes in the peace and quiet of my little space, reading some inspiring articles and making my goal lists while sipping on my mac nut latte ☕️. When I do this, I stay focused, motivated and zen. And it’s enough to build this into a daily routine that protects my peace.

A Very Cozy Holiday
Another bright side of this year has been all the cozy things that we had the excuse to indulge in since we’re home. It took some time but I finally found my favorite loungewear formula, which is basically this above - knit joggers, matching knit cami, and a supersoft oversized teddy hoodie that also doubles as a robe. Layer some of my favorite necklaces and boom - feeling and looking good all weekend long.

This oversized teddy hoodie is going to be a gift I can’t wait to give some of my favorite family and friends this holiday, and this matching loungewear set comes in a few more cool neutrals that I want to add to my holiday weekend rotation. I’ve made this version – Dairy Free Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Bowl – for weekend breakfasts, afternoon snacks, and even dessert 🤤.
