Time is valuable when you have a baby so I have started prepping some purées to freeze that I can easily pop out and feed to her on busy days!

I use my ninja professional blender and the shake cup or food processor to purée after steaming in the microwave. Today I prepped butternut squash with cinnamon, yellow squash, beets, and carrots!

Smaller amounts—shake cup.
Larger amounts—food processor.

I use these silicone trays and lid or breastmilk storage bags to freeze! I label with wet erase markers!
