If anyone has been thinking of trying out a Vibration Plate, I wanted to share the one I purchased and am super happy with, as it’s on sale right now!

I was so intrigued by these when I started seeing them pop up everywhere a few months ago for boosting circulation and lymphatic drainage, both of which I knew I could use in my legs. You use this in 10 minute increments daily (or you can do more or less, depending on preference), and it really helps stimulate blood flow and oxygen circulation, ease stiff muscles and joints, increase energy levels & strengthen the core. Super easy to use, and I can now tell when I don’t use it - definitely recommend, and I’d suggest reading the glowing reviews to see all the ways these are beneficial!
