I’ve used this for almost 3 years now. I use it nightly the first 10 weeks or so, then 2-3X a week to keep the length I desire. DO NOT use the cheaper ones from Walmart or amazon, they are fake and are not very effective. The tube lasts me longer than it says it does too!
