Obviously, you can use what you already have and see what you love. That said, here are my favorite components for the perfect shake. Active Stacks beef protein is my all-time favorite and the one thing I never skip. I usually mix it with a little Clean Simple Eats protein (right now it’s technically the white chocolate peppermint), but I’m linking the brownie batter flavor because that’s the one my family loves most. I do have a discount for both brands if you want to shop directly on their websites—couldn’t link them here. Code: LILLIE. I love the Ninja Twisti, but I also buy the extra 32-ounce jars because they’re the perfect size for an individual shake. I prefer the upside-down setup, though the regular jug works just fine. Black cocoa powder adds a rich, Oreo-like chocolate flavor that I absolutely love. Powdered peanut butter is non-negotiable, but it gets mixed in at the very end - just barely stirred - so you get little pockets of peanut buttery goodness. It’s excellent. A lot of people don’t love cacao nibs, but I do, especially here. I add those along with some kind of crunchy cereal- whatever we have on hand. I always finish with a sprinkle of flaky salt. I also crumble a healthy eating on the go bar. I can’t link them here either but head to their site (you can Google healthy eating on the go bar and it’ll come up!) and then use code Lillie for 10% off Do not underestimate the importance of a long spoon and an insulated tumbler. They matter. This is not something you scarf down. It’s something you make, then snuggle up with a show and enjoy for like 30 minutes. 😂👏 Ross and I have definitely let ours sit on the coffee table for close to an hour in the tumbler before digging in. Still great. LTKfoodie LTKdayinmylife LTKstorytime
