Back in the gym in my Stacci Athletics set and loving it 🤍✨💪🏼 At week 2 I got the clear to start with gentle core exercises, now I’m 4 weeks postpartum and I’ve just started with weightlifting again! Feels so good 💪🏼 Not anywhere close to the weight I lifted pre pregnancy but aiming to be back to my normal routine at week 12. 🤗 I’m 6kgs heavier than my pre pregnancy weight still - lots of water, some inflammation, lose skin & hormonal cellulites. I’m only sharing this because many of you has been asking for me to do so. The good, the bad & everything in between.
