For the past 3 months, I’ve committed to getting in at least 10,000 steps a day, and it has made such a difference. Walking and staying active is so good for our bodies in so many ways. I also picked up new walking shoes from Nike, and they’ve been a game changer especially with my back issues. They’ve made my walks so much more comfortable and enjoyable!
