Vicky is a waitress, but is spotted by promoter Frankie and his friends, and is quickly catapulted to stardom. Jill is skeptical of all the change at first as well as skeptical of Frankie and his friends. One night Jill finds Vicky dead in their apartment right before she was to leave for Hollywood. Jill and Frankie then team up to bring Vicky’s killer to justice…or could one of them actually be the murderer…or actually know who the murderer is? You’ll have to watch to find out! THE DARK MIRROR: After a doctor is found murdered, Lt. Stevenson comes to question the dead man’s girlfriend Terry and discovers that she has an identical twin sister Ruth…identical right down to the clothes. Except Terry has T monogrammed items and Ruth has R monogrammed items. Lt. Stevenson asks Dr. Elliot to examine Terry and Ruth as he is an expert on twin studies. For one of the twins has an alibi for the night of the murder, but the other does not. They refuse to tell who has the alibi which only spurs Lt. Stevenson on to discover how the murder was committed as he does not accept such a thing as a “perfect murder”. During his studies of each twin, Dr. Elliot finds out one twin is sane and the other insane.
