Here are some of the high maintenance things I do to look and feel my best! Anti aging hacks. I love these eye patches and gentle exfoliation serum! Bronzing stick in color ‘tan trick’. My lip plumping mask I sleep in every night. I love this eucalyptus shower spray. African net sponges in the shower every day. This is one of the best vibration plates on the market! Matching luggage sets. I use this foot stick on my heels every single night for smooth feet. Love my sneaker spray. Less-toxic self tanners. I use this HA body serum and body oil combo every night before bed!

BOTOX: I go every 3-3.5 months and do the majority of units in my forehead where my muscles are most dominant + some in my crows feet area!
MICRONEEDLING: I’ve tried SO many different systems but I personally love SkinPen! SkinPen is a type of microneedling. I would find someone on your area who does that. You typically need 4-6 sessions to get the results you’re after and can usually purchase a series of 3 to save a little $$ overall. You space them out a month or so in-between treatments. After you’re done with that initial 4-6 treatments - you can usually move to maintenance (maybe for you that’s twice a year - everyone is different). SkinPen is actually more budget friendly than other systems too. Microneedling RF is all the rage but I would personally stay away from it because it can inadvertently target fat in your face and I don’t have a lot of fat to begin with so I don’t want them to accidentally blast that. You are red for 24-48 hours and can wear makeup after 48 hours so recovery isn’t bad at all!

This clear spray will repel water and dirt from sneakers and boots. I spray them really good and let them dry overnight. I try to spray them when they are new out of the box, but you can also spray an older pair as well. Just make sure that you clean and wash them beforehand to get any existing stains out. This spray will form a protective seal that is clear around the outside and it will last a really long time!
