Some of my favorite anti-aging products! For melasma cream: search for ‘Coleman Compound’ on Google! These are items I swear by and many I’ve repurchased TWICE! I’ll be 39 soon and feel amazing! My skin is the best it has ever been! Wrinkle-erasing serums. SPF 45 bronzer in Caymans. SPF 30 lipgloss in Camellia. Body retinols and brightening eye creams. SPF 50 body shimmer oil. I love my triple retinoid cream - I use every other night and it’s a great alternative if you skin doesn’t like Tretinoin.

** I’ve tried SO many different systems but I personally love SkinPen! SkinPen is a type of microneedling. I would find someone in your area who does that. You typically need 4-6 sessions to get the results you’re after and can usually purchase a series of 3 to save a little $$ overall. You space them out a month or so in-between treatments. After you’re done with that initial 4-6 treatments - you can usually move to maintenance (maybe for you that’s twice a year - everyone is different). SkinPen is actually more budget friendly than other systems too. Microneedling RF is all the rage but I would personally stay away from it because it can inadvertently target fat in your face and I don’t have a lot of fat to begin with so I don’t want them to accidentally blast that. You are red for 24-48 hours and can wear makeup after 48 hours so recovery isn’t bad at all! They usually numb you so the pain isn’t too bad but I would ask your provider if they do this!
