We are ALL capable of change. There is no such thing as ‘we are who we are’. Be careful of ‘friends’ or family/even a spouse who isn’t cheering you on when you’re trying to change a behavior that is causing stress or chaos in your life.

My circle has gotten much smaller over the years and that’s by *choice*. We had to cut out a lot of toxic people that were not supportive of my husband’s sobriety and our new life and we couldn’t be happier now ❤️ The changes were absolutely God-driven and sometimes God will yank people out of your life because they aren’t good for you!

Hubby is at his AA meeting and coming up on almost 9 years of sobriety - I’ll never stop taking it for granted 🥺

Big sister advice bc I was talking to a friend last night who is trying to make healthier changes in her life: be very careful around people who make you feel like you’re incapable of changing 🙅🏻‍♀️
