My morning routine - I do this every single morning around 7:30! AG1 is my multivitamin and rich in minerals and vitamins! I add 2 scoops of creatine to it and 5 drops of Vit D because I’m not in the sun as much right now. I do 1-2 teaspoons of iron. Then I take a pinch of mineral salt under my tongue - it’s so good for hydration, question, reducing inflammation and so much more! I follow up with 2 Brazil nuts - great for thyroid function, heart and brain health, heart health and fighting inflammation.
