What I eat in a day - celebrating 9 years of plant-based eating! I eat 1,800-2,200 calories a day and workout 6 days a week. I typically do 3 days on my Peloton bike, 2 days weightlifting at Burn Bootcamp, and 1 day at Pure Barre. I don’t track protein but eat between 75-100 grams a day.
