This is how I make my recovery smoothies after weightlifting! 1/2 cup non dairy milk 1 cup-ish of water 1 scoop vegan protein powder (I like vanilla) 1/2 banana 2 dates 1 TBSP flaxseeds 3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower 3/4 cup frozen strawberries *You might need a little extra water depending on the consistency when you blend!
