I put this stick on my heel every night and morning and they are incredibly smooth, no longer dry or cracked. If your feet are currently dry or cracked, I will also link this exfoliation spray that can help get the dead skin off. Then, go in with this stick. I rarely have to use the spray anymore and just use the stick in am/pm.
