When I say I want a relaxing girls day, this is EXACTLY what I had in mind. This is Nhien Head Spa & Wellness, an ultra luxurious head spa in Katy, TX. I can 100% say it was worth the hour plus drive for this rejuvenating experience that I didn’t want to end. I can’t wait to go back. There are single, double, and triple rooms available so you can book with your girlfriends and have the ultimate spa day. I did the their signature NHIÊN VIETNAMESE HEAD SPA treatment. This 75 minute wellness experience included a scalp, neck, shoulder, and hand massage, mini facial, scalp detox and hair wash with deep conditioning plus a blow dry at the end. I left my experience feeling cleansed and restored.

I officially became a workout girly last year. I was always sluggish post workout, and felt thirsty even though I was drinking a ton of water.
