Happy Birthday to my husband, Randy. He is the total opposite of me so he doesn’t have social media! We celebrated him with a lovely dinner at Sofia Trattoria. The ambience was amazing, and the food was even better. We tried several menu items. I recommend the Ricotta Di Percora to start. For mains you can’t go wrong with the Pollo Alla Parmigiana and the Stinco D’Agnello. They also have an amazing cocktail list and wine menu. The Cosmo and Espresso Martini are ones I’d get again. For desserts, we got two, the Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta and the Torta Di Olio D’Oliva. They were both quite delicious. It was a fantastic way to celebrate my husband’s birthday.
