I officially became a workout girly last year. I was always sluggish post workout, and felt thirsty even though I was drinking a ton of water. I didn’t know it at the time, but my body needed electrolytes. That all changed when I discovered LMNT. It was recommended to me and has made a huge difference in my energy levels and recovery time.
