Fall is approaching and @modcloth has me ready for it! There are gonna be so many things to celebrate this Fall and one of those things is #womensequalityday which was this past weekend! As a female in what was (and sometimes still is) a mostly male dominated field (TV) I’ve been so fortunate to have so many strong, female bosses and at times have had the privilege to lead others in the work place!
