“Celebrate everything” such a simple phrase but one that can bring us all a little joy. Through the hard days I try to focus on 1-2 things that I’ve done during the day (small and big things) that make me feel proud. Sometimes those things are simple like, making the bed... and other times it’s doing 2 workouts and running all of my errands with the kids. Whatever you accomplish is always good! Remember that!
