What I’ve learned at 50 - Get so locked 🔐 in on taking care of yourself. The results will speak for themselves! When you lock 🔒 in, you won’t be so easily derailed by negativity and fear aging as much. ✨ #LTKOver40 #LTKMidsize #LTKstorytime
If you double down on taking care of yourself - this means getting those steps in, figuring out how to squeeze in working out, prioritizing your sleep, going to the doctor (and speaking up when you do) if you need to, and protecting your energy, you can feel better than you did in your 20s. It’s not easy, but it’s possible- telling you at 50! Work towards this one habit or step at a time - you are so worth it 🫶🏾 #LTKOver40 #LTKMidsize #LTKfitnessgoals
Over 40 underrated wisdom - You can’t control everything, only how you show up ✨ #LTKOver40 #LTKMidsize
