How beautiful to stop fighting your body and to just love it? It isn’t revolutionary nor is it easy, and we don’t live in a world that promotes that, but it is possible. Recovery IS possible.

I chose to release the illusion of iron grip control of which I thought my ED gave me, and once I did that I had room for so much more. I lived.
