This is NOT your grocery store potato salad. It has been passed down from my grandmother to my mom, aunts, cousins, and of course myself.

Boil potatoes, chop onion, mix mayonnaise or veganise, with sugar and apple cider to taste. I eye ball everything you can also add celery seed, but I go light with that. Enjoy!
