I STRUGGLE staying asleep and these are the only thing that can keep me sleeping through the night! Bonus, they don’t give me nightmares or crazy dreams! I can’t recommend enough!!
I don’t take them daily ..but when I have a few 3-4 hr nights of sleep in a row, these save me, my health, and my sanity, and give me a solid sleep. Really important…they don’t make me feel groggy at all the next morning.
I’ve heard these can be really powerful if you are more sensitive or if just basic magnesium helps you sleep, get ready! Make sure you have more than a 6 hour window of sleep available to you before you take as well.
