This recipe was such a hit! All you need is chicken breast,(I used a little over a pound for my family of 4), 2 cups chicken broth, 2 cans of corn drained, small canned green chilis, enchilada sauce, bloc of cream cheese, heaping spoon of Greek yogurt or sour cream, canned white beans drained and packet of taco or fajita seasoning. Cook on low for 4-5 hrs and then on high for 2-3 hrs.
