My hair regrowth supplements as well as scalp treatments that help regrow hair and help with hair density.

My Metagenics MVI have similar to what some of the hair vitamins have. If you have an iron deficiency, you may need more iron than someone that does not.

Using minodoxil 5% once a day will help hair regrow. I love the scalp density sprays to help with root volume and they have lots of good Ingredients for hair regrowth. #thinninghair #hairloss
