That first trimester was 100% the hardest one for me. I felt so frustrated at myself every day for not being able to stick to my “normal routines.” There were no early wake ups, no morning workouts, SO hard to eat a high protein breakfast, etc.

I filmed this when I was 10 weeks, and now at almost 13 weeks I AM thankfully feeling much better. But wow. If you’re in the first trimester, give yourself the grace I forgot to give myself!
