the old sheets were practically rags, the comforter had seen better days, and the old window treatments collected a ton of dust and trapped so much condensation around the window—making it a hot spot for mold and mildew. you know, all the things you DON’T want above your head while sleeping. 🥴

at first, I thought it would be silly. there’s no way these would actually keep my kids entertained with little to no oversight while I get an extra five minutes to myself in the morning or while I cook breakfast or fold laundry or do whatever needs to be done around the house.
