For sizing the description says frequently returned due to a tight fit, but I felt like the small medium around super true to size. In fact I’m usually an extra small, so wish the small medium were a little bit tighter.

I’ve been sitting with my list over the past few days. Adding to it. Crossing things out. Jotting moments of clarity down at the end of a yoga class. Letting thoughts surface on early morning walks. Giving myself permission to really feel into what I want to acknowledge and let go of, and what I want to move toward instead. It felt healing to slow down long enough to name these things. Not as resolutions. Not as a reinvention. Just an honest check-in with myself.
