SIZING: I’m in a US4, but a US6 would have been a better fit. I’m usually a 0/2, so I’d suggest sizing up two sizes since this dress runs small.

Jacket // fits TTS, wearing US2
Sweater // order your usual blouse size unless you want an oversized look, I’m in an XS
Jeans // fit TTS
Shoes // go one full size up from your normal shoe size, or a half size up from your normal sneaker size if you are in between

Day 1 in Rome, Italy! Recycled these perfect winter pieces the entire trip:

Coat // Size down one size. I’m 5’2 and am usually a petite 2 in J.Crew coats, but went down to a petite 0 in this one.

Jeans // Fit true to size.

Shoes // Size up one full size.

Rome, here we come! Linking my black coat (such a classic, and on major sale!) and the rest of my airplane ensemble. These shoes are so comfortable, but size a full size up (at least!)

Dress runs small. I’d recommend sizing up one.

My Smoothie Recipe:

1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen blackberries
Handful of spinach
1 scoop of protein powder (I like vanilla designer whey from Trader Joe’s best)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
