Vanilla Almond Green Smoothie
1/2 c water or milk of choice
1 or 1/2 banana (frozen)
3-4 ice cubes
Frozen or handful fresh spinach
1 scoop @justingredients vanilla protein powder (also love @sproutliving vanilla for a plant based option)
1 tbsp almond butter (or other nut butter)
Generous sprinkle of cinnamon
(Optional) 5g creatine monohydrate unflavored

Blend till all ingredients are incorporated
