This popular ballerina dress from Target is adorable, but I think it’s best if you have a size C or larger chest, or are 5’4 or taller! The top part did not fit me right so I think this one will be going back. (I have it pulled up quite a bit in this pic but the bodice is about 2” too long for my petite self.)
