I just got back from my first trip to Europe – Italy, France, and Spain. The plan was to only take a carry-on suitcase, which was such a challenge to figure out how to pack for 9 days in such a small space. I ended up checking an extra suitcase (mostly empty) to have room for souvenirs on the way home, but all my clothes, toiletries, and necessities were in my carry-on so I was guaranteed to have everything I needed as soon as we got to Europe. If you’ve ever been stranded somewhere with lost luggage… you learn that lesson the hard way 🥴

Health & wellness is a big focus in my life, and I’m slowly opening up and sharing more of that part of my journey here. As a busy mom nearing her 40’s, I’ve learned to prioritize things like sleep, whole food nutrition, strength training, and caring for my body through the lens of health and longevity rather than aesthetics or a number on the scale.

I don’t know why it’s taken me so many years to upgrade my rusty, crusty muffin tin to silicone, but when I tell you these egg bites literally slide right out of the pan like butter, I mean it! The bottoms don’t stick. I don’t waste time scrubbing stuck-on food out of the pan. Don’t laugh at me, but the final straw was a few months ago when I literally hurt my back, right between the shoulder blades, from aggressively trying to scrub my old metal pan clean… okay, permission to laugh a little. 😂

They’re dishwasher and oven safe and come with handles to make moving them in and out of the oven so much easier (do not get one without handles!). I got this set of two, and I think they’re maybe just slightly smaller than a typical muffin pan, but not as small as a mini muffin pan.

I stumbled upon the BEST look for less dupe for this purpley burgundy leaf stem! $28 vs. $8 — and they look identical! The $8 stem actually comes in a set of 3, which is what I used in this case. Be sure to bend them to drape over the sides of your vase for a more natural look!

I keep all my to-do lists, tasks, and notes digitally in Asana for both work and personal, but I still find it helpful to write out a good old fashioned to-do list on paper to narrow down my tasks for the week.
