I did not workout for even a second for the past week and I don’t feel guilty AT ALL. I usually exercise on vacation, but there was just too much to see and do in Europe. 🇬🇧 🇫🇷 It was a week of pure indulgence. I enjoyed every moment and let go of restrictions. I ate croissants 🥐 in Paris and hit the pubs🍺 in London with my family, but now that I’m home, it is back to the weights, steps and mindful consumption. I did a ton of walking on my trip, but really missed my strength training, so I dove right back in with an upper body workout to hit the biceps, triceps and shoulders and my muscles definitely felt it.
