This is what I eat the majority of my mornings and it’s so simple to make, easy to prep in to-go jars for the office and always a delicious snack in the afternoons. I always pair two fruits together with the yogurt of my choice. We keep so many on hand but my current favorite is the @oikos Triple Zero Vanilla that has 17g of protein per serving. I sprinkle some flax seed, add a bit of granola and top with local honey or some melted peanut butter. Can’t be beat!
