If you’ve had an increase in breakouts and acne since about March, you’re probably suffering from Maskne. Under your mask, your skin can’t breathe and the only way it can rid itself of toxins is through breaking out.
First, clean your mask. Most cotton masks are washable, so get to it and do it regularly. You might also consider a different type of mask.

Second, be sure to clean your face morning and night with a least a gentle cleanser, toner, and cream. You can also try gentle exfoliants.
